1st European Haedong Kumdo Championship

Dear friend and members of the Hellenic Haedong Kumdo team, on April will be the 1st European Haedong Kumdo Championship in Athens Greece. The days will be Friday 29th at 6 pm and Sunday, May 1st at 9 am. Furthermore, a series of events, such as training and seminars will take place. 'Satza" dojang event on December

The intentions of this blog is to inform our friends and members for the activities of the Hellenic Haedong Kumdo union, share our experiences, excange ideas and aspects, discuss topics related with the sword and everything that will promote and spread the spirit of Haedong Kumdo. Σεμινάριο Haedong Kumdo Εκπαιδευτών και Μαύρων ζωνών

Την Κυριακή 13 Δεκεμβρίου θα πραγματοποιηθεί σεμινάριο Haedong Kumdo στον Πύργο Ηλείας στο Σύλλογο Αρραχίων του εκπαιδευτή Θεόδωρου Κουτσουνά.Στο σεμινάριο θα λάβουν μέρος εκπαιδευτές και μαύρες ζώνες.

Οι διδακτικές ενότητες είναι οι εξής:

• Τρόποι διδασκαλίας σε αρχάριους και προχωρημένους μαθητές
• Τρόποι κατανομής της διδακτέας ύλης από 10 γκάπ έως 3^ο ντάν
• Τρόποι βγαλσίματος σπαθιού1-12
• Αυτοάμυνες Kyuk Kum 1-12
• Τρόποι κοψίματος σε εφημερίδα και μπαμπού
• Τρόποι σβησίματος κεριού/ών με ξύλινο/αληθινό σπαθί και με γροθιά
• Βασιές κινήσεις 1-12 με 1 και με 2 σπαθιά
• Φόρμες Kum Bups , Ssang Su 1-12,Sim Sang 1-4,Yedo 1-9,Bonkuk 1-4, Ssang sang 1-4.
